We are committed to providing the freshest possible taste without compromising on quality. Also, by making the skins thin, the texture is improved, bringing out the best in the meat and soup that are the main ingredients of Xiaolongbao.
Stretching the skin from scratch and wrapping it in bean paste
This branch of a Tokyo restaurant listed in the 2019 Michelin Guide has opened its first store in Kyoto.
As the name of the store suggests, the dough that will be used to wrap the xiaolongbao is stretched from scratch after an order is placed, and the wrapper is made thin enough to prevent meat juices from leaking out. This advanced technique allows us to provide you with a delicious taste that is second to none.

At our restaurant, we make everything from scratch once an order is placed.
As we want you to enjoy the freshness of our food, we do not offer take-out options.

In addition, each seat has an induction stove so that the food can be steamed right in front of you and enjoyed fresh.

Recommended Xiaolongbao that you can try and compare
The classic "Original Flavor - Plain" has a gentle flavor, made with soup that has been simmered for 7 hours, the rich "Crab Meat - Crab" uses crab miso and crab meat, and the luxurious "Shoro - Truffle" contains large pieces of truffle. You can order from 4 pieces of each, so please try them all and compare them.

Authentic Chinese cuisine
In addition to Xiaolongbao, you can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine such as steamed dumplings and spring rolls.

Lu Rou rice is the perfect way to finish off a meal
"Lu rou rice" is rice topped with cubes of pork that have been simmered for a long time to thoroughly infuse the flavor, making it the perfect final dish.

We also offer authentic home cooking such as "Drunken Shrimp" carefully marinated in a homemade sauce based on Shaoxing wine, "Homemade Zhongmaki" with seasonal vegetables and diced pork wrapped in lotus leaves, "Steamed Shrimp and Chive Dumplings," and "Drool-Proof Chicken" carefully cooked at low temperature. Both are great as a meal or as a snack to go with your drinks.
