◆A branch of a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide 2019 in Tokyo has opened in Kyoto.
As the name of the restaurant suggests, all of our xiaolongbao are made by stretching the dough from scratch after an order is placed, and the skin is made thin enough to prevent meat juices from leaking out. This advanced technique allows us to provide you with a delicious dish that is second to none.
◆A wide variety of xiaolongbao and a la carte
Our freshly made xiaolongbao, which are full of meat juice, are available in three different flavors.
We also offer a variety of menus that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, including the classic "Original Flavor - Plain", which is full of a gentle flavor and is filled with soup that has been simmered for seven hours, the rich "Crab Meat - Crab -", which uses crab miso and crab meat, and the luxurious "Matsuro - Truffle -", which contains large pieces of truffle.
